Franchise-censor mark "Dirección General de Comunicaciones / CORREOS / SERVICIO DE CAMPAÑA / ESTAFETA Nº 2 / CENSURA-FRANQUICIA" and mark "Elorio'ko Euzko Gudaretxia". Text on the back dated on November 15, 1936. Sent by Gabriel Iturbe to Ana Lizarralde.
