Cover with Ministry of the War franchise mark, 1939

The cover has two marks, a franchise one "MINISTERIO DE LA GUERRA / CORREOS / FRANQUICIA / 3 NOV 1939" and another one reading "MINISTERIO DE DEFENSA NACIONAL / ADMINISTRACIÓN DEL DIARIO OFICIAL". Same text than in this mark on the back, as letterhead. Apparently, Republican marks were used by francoists on this cover. Central fold mark and marks of unaccurate opening.
