Spanish Refugees in France, cover from Camp Saint Cyprien to Paris, 1939 Addressed to Bibiano Fernández Osorio Tafall, a Republican scientist who was General Commisar of the Armies during the Civil War and second secretary of the United Nations. After the war, he was responsible of SERE (Servicio de Evacuación de Republicanos Españoles).
Unlisted variety: without the E in "España" and changed colour of the overprint (black),
CTV, Division Flechas Negras cover to Palermo, with Ufficio Postale Speciale 8, dated March 3, 1938, with Frecce Nere mark, and Italian tax mark and stamp. Palermo arrival backstamp and letterhead on the back "Agredir para Vencer / División de Asalto / Flechas Negras / Oficiales". Rare.
