International Brigades censor mark Heller 5b on field post card with stamp cancelled by handwritten lines and sender from the 140 Brigada Mixta, 44 Division. By the end of the war and after the International Brigades were dissolved, their censor marks were still used by the Republican Army in Catalonia, between December 1938 and January 1939.

Lot of a cover sent by a Czech brigadist interned in the French camp for Spanish refugees of Gurs to Prague. And another cover sent from Spain by the same brigadist and to the same addressee on July 18, 1938, with censor and postmark of the International Brigades.
Cover sent by the brigadist Fritz Denters to his mother in Holland, G.W. Denters-Stallmann, with Barcelona meter dated on July 21, 1938 Heller 8, and censor Heller 5a on the back. International Brigades, cover from Brno, Czechoslovakia with postmark dated on 15 IX 1938 to the soldier Jiri Vejrosta, "SRI 6120, Barcelona", redirected to the hospital of the International Brigades in Denia by adding "Herido, Denia" with pencil and "Plazo Altozano, Denia".
International Brigades, post card to Switzerland only with mark SCC 111 dated on May 3, 1937 (Heller Birg. 9) used as franchise, as there are no stamps on the card. Rare circumstance and rare destination, as Swiss citizens fighting for foreign countries could loose their nationality.

International Brigades, air mail cover to Prague with censor Heller 5a and rare mute postmark formed by three concentrical circles. This is the first time we see such a postmark on an International Brigades cover. On the back, Paris transit of September 8, 1937 and Prague arrival marks dated on September 9, 1937.
International Brigades air mail and registered cover from Alicante to Czechoslovaquia. On the front there is not any special mark belonging to the International Brigades, and even the postmark is the regular mark from Alicante, dated July 28, 1938.
