Sales Policies

All sales will be paid in euros (no cheques or charges), VAT included in the purchase price and subject to the Spanish taxation on second hand items. According to European legislation VAT tax can not be detailed as all sales are made inside the Spanish territory.

Any form of payment other than European currency will be subject to prior approval and all merchandise will be withheld until the payment has been cleared.

Colectalia reserves the right to dispose of any material not paid for within 30 day, starting from the initial order date.

All foreign currency will be subject to our domestic rate of change provided by our bank rates.

Transport costs are not included in the selling prices. All items are sent through registered and insured mail, at the buyer's cost.

Colectalia guarantees its lots as genuine and the descriptions as accurate. If a not described fault was found in any of our lots, the buyer can return it for a full refund during 14 days after its reception. Should a lot be subject to a technical study, the devolution period would be extended for 30 days. Certification expenses will be at the buyer's cost. Colectalia offers its services and professional relationships to help the customer to contact with the Expert's Commitee capable of issue the appropiate certification.

All legal claims are suject to Barcelona´s courts and legal system. All buyers agree to renounce to any other court or legislation outside of Barcelona´s legal system.

Placing an order equals to fully accept the conditions of this sales agreement.
