The sender is a guard, and from the content we know he is in Benisanó, as the censorship tried to delete the word of the village in the header of his letter, but it is still readable. He ends his letter giving instructions to reply to his mail: "the same address, except Liria Detachment", and he finally adds "I write so fast because the mail is departing right now.
