Cover with censored letter from 6th Fortification Battalion, 1st Company, of San Miguel de los Reyes prison, sent to Valencia, franked with 45c Edifil 752 and Valencia censor mark Heller RV2.4 on the front and the back. Censor number "27" used as postmark and stamped on both sides of the cover. The letter in the interior has words and sentences deleted by the censor, where the sender names the locations from where he writes from or where he has been detached. Sender's info on the inner side of the flap of the cover. with the name of the place also censored.

The sender is Agustín Martínez Casañ (all lots from CT056 to CT065 in this section are sent by the same person). Between lines 11 and 12 of the text in this lot, he states he is "aguador de la compañía" (this is, the guy carrying wate to the working men so they could drink during the work). We have not found references to this man in the Centro Documental de la Memoria Histórica files, nor in the newspaper libraries of this period, neither in the Gazeta de la República.
